Damaged Product : 

 

Notification : If you receive a damaged product, you must notify Zasya Organics within 2 days from the delivery date via email to [email protected]

Documentation : In your email, please include the following:
     – Order number
     – Image of the invoice
     – 1 image of the outer box
     – 2 clear images of the damaged product
     – Unboxing video of the damaged product

Resolution : We will promptly re-send and replace the damaged product(s) and work with you to provide a fair solution.

Response Time : Your email will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

 

Missing Product : 

 

Notification : If you notice that a product is missing from your delivery, you must notify Zasya Organics within 2 days from the delivery date via email to [email protected]

Documentation : In your email, please include the following:
     – Order number
     – Image of the invoice
     – 1 image of the outer box
     – 2 clear images of the opened box
     – Unboxing video showing all items received

Resolution : While we will be unable to accept a refund request, we will promptly re-send the missing product.

Response Time : Your email will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

 

Spoiled Product : 

 

Notification : If you receive a spoiled product, you must notify Zasya Organics within 2 days from the delivery date via email to [email protected]

Documentation : In your email, please include the following:
     – Order number
     – Date of packaging/ date of manufacture
     – Clear images or video of the spoiled product

Resolution : We will be unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, color, or aroma. This is because our products are completely natural and made mostly by hand, so no two batches will be identical. However, we will work with you to provide an amicable solution. The product will be replaced after due investigation and diligence, and we assure a fair outcome at all times.
