Live Milled Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
Freshly Milled. Traditionally Crafted. Purely Kerala.
At Zasya Organics, we believe exceptional coconut oil begins long before the oil reaches the bottle.
It begins with good Kerala coconuts, careful drying, traditional processing and, most importantly, freshness.
Our Live Milled Cold Pressed Coconut Oil is made from carefully selected coconuts from Kerala. We combine the wisdom of traditional coconut processing with modern drying technology to prepare quality copra, followed by gentle cold pressing and fresh milling on demand.
From Kerala coconuts to freshly milled oil—every step matters.
From Fresh Coconut to Quality Copra
Traditional Sun Drying + Controlled Heat-Pump Drying
The quality of coconut oil starts with the quality of the copra.
Our coconuts are carefully prepared and traditionally sun dried, allowing natural sunlight and airflow to do their part in reducing moisture.
To complement the traditional process, we use a modern electric heat-pump dryer for controlled drying when required. This combination helps us achieve more consistent drying conditions while maintaining careful control over temperature and moisture.
Traditional sun drying for authenticity.
Controlled heat-pump drying for consistency.
The result is carefully prepared copra that becomes the foundation for our cold pressed coconut oil.
Why Our Drying Process Matters
Properly dried copra is essential for producing quality coconut oil.
Our approach focuses on:
- Carefully selected Kerala coconuts
- Traditional sun drying
- Controlled heat-pump drying when required
- Consistent moisture management
- Hygienic handling
- Small-batch processing
- Careful storage before milling
By combining traditional knowledge with controlled modern technology, we aim to maintain consistency from coconut to copra and from copra to oil.
Live Milling — Freshness at the Heart of Zasya
Most importantly, we don’t want your coconut oil to simply sit around waiting to be sold.
Our Live Milling concept is built around freshness.
We mill and prepare the oil fresh in small batches and, where applicable, on demand, so the oil reaches you closer to the time it is produced.
You Order. We Mill. We Pack Fresh.
This approach allows us to focus on freshness, quality and traceability rather than simply producing large quantities for long-term storage.
Cold Pressed with Care
Once the copra is ready, it is carefully processed to extract the coconut oil through a cold-pressing process.
We avoid unnecessary bleaching and refining, allowing the coconut oil to retain its characteristic natural aroma, flavour and appearance.
Unbleached • Unrefined • Unadulterated
Nothing unnecessary. Just carefully processed coconut oil from quality Kerala coconuts.
Rooted in Kerala’s Coconut Tradition
Coconut oil is deeply connected to the food, culture and everyday life of Kerala.
For generations, Kerala households have prepared and used coconut oil for cooking, traditional hair care and everyday personal care.
At Zasya Organics, we respect this heritage while introducing a more controlled and transparent approach to preparation.
Traditional Kerala practices meet modern quality control.
Naturally Rich in Lauric Acid
Coconut oil is naturally rich in lauric acid, a characteristic medium-chain fatty acid found in coconut oil.
Our focus is not to alter the coconut unnecessarily, but to carefully process quality coconuts and preserve the oil’s natural character.
