How to Prepare – Zasya Organics Kerala Style Pidi
1️⃣ Grind cumin seeds and garlic in a mixer grinder into a smooth paste.
2️⃣ Add half of this paste to boiled water with required salt.
3️⃣ In a bowl, add the required quantity of Zasya Organics Pidipodi.
Slowly pour the boiled water into it and knead well (like preparing dough for idiyappam).
Knead until soft and smooth.
4️⃣ Shape the dough into small balls (dumplings).
5️⃣ Add the balls into the remaining boiled water along with the balance cumin–garlic paste.
Ensure the water level stays above the balls.
6️⃣ Add freshly grated coconut and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring well during the cooking time.
🔥 Serve hot with nadan chicken curry, beef curry, or spicy coconut-based gravies for a traditional Kerala-style feast.
